a presentation at the Instant Software (owners of Property
Plus) user's forum. As the director of marketing for Midgett
Realty, I was so excited about the prospect of being able
to track the response of our print advertising in such
an accurate, timely & easily understandable format.
Our reservation agents do ask, "Where did you hear
about us?" when callers are on the phone, and then
record the answers in our reservation software for my use.
However, with approximately 40% of our reservations being
